Inspecting Private Sewer Lateral Ordinance Amendment

Blawnox Borough Council passed Ordinance #625 Amending Ordinance #600 in regards to testing and inspecting private sewer laterals at the time of property sale. The Ordinance requires that all properties have a certified plumber camera the private sewer lateral at the time of sale.
