Public Records

Requests for public records must be submitted on the standard Right-to-Know Request form adopted by the Commonwealth Office of Open Records and either mailed, e-mailed, faxed or hand delivered to the Borough Office. All requests for public records will be handled by the Right-to-Know officer in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law.
